libcgi-ssi-perl software package provides Perl module to use SSI from CGI scripts, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-ssi-perl
libcgi-ssi-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-ssi-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-ssi-perl *
You will get with libcgi-ssi-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
